We welcomed Mr Shiney twice this week, what a treat we had, the children were totally amazed by every magic trick. Their little shocked and surprised faces, the sound of laughter and excitement truly made all of my planning worth while. 🪄✨️🎩

Wednesday was our Spiderman and Rapunzel themed day. Little Enchantments brought the entertainment, thank you so much for making a great day even better 💗

Friday was our Spiderman and Elsa themed day. Little Enchantments didn't disappoint yet again, an absolutely fantastic performance from start to finish. 👏

Thank you to Jumpin' Jacks Castles ( bouncy castles Scunthorpe ) for providing those much needed energy burning cars.

We are looking forward to next week when we will welcome Mr Shiney for the first time 🪄

Little Enchantments

🔔 September invoices have been sent recently to existing long term parents 🔔 (This is not regarding new starters for September)

Some parents seem to have some mixed feelings regarding the matter.

Several reasons for sending them out:

A couple of parents asked for their invoice early, I had the time to do them so I did them all.

A July payment brings consistent monthly funds to the business. Staff and the hall still have to be paid in July, and for the past 2 years I have covered that.

Pay for August comes from the council, so no gap in August to consider.

The invoice being dated Friday 31st July, I know for the most won't be a problem and quite a few parents have sent the payment already, but anyone wishing to pay by Monday 31st August is more than welcome. I knew that anyone requiring an August date would simply contact me and ask. I would like to think that everyone feels that I am approachable and considerate.
There is mention of a £10 charge statement on the invoice which is a permanent line and ideally I could/should have deleted that out of the proforma regarding July, although it will still stand if the payment due date is missed in August.
Staggered payments into the business over 2 months is much more useful than a missed month entirely.

Sorry to anyone that felt financially pressured by receiving the invoice with a July due date, that was not my intention. If I had planned for a rigid change in payment months ago I would if course have let you all know, but instead this came about very quickly and is not compulsory and will not cause any detrimental distress on the business if payments do not arrive until Monday 31st August.

I hope that this clarifies and answers anyone's questions.

🔔 That's 3 years of collecting the children of Bottesford Infants and Juniors complete 🔔

I still love it today as much as I did the first time I went round to the school.

On the very first day that we opened we collected one child, one child has turned into 53 children! (not attending in one evening obviously 😅) but across the week that is fantastic.

To those concerned: Thank you for trusting us with your wonderful children they really do bring so much personality and energy to After Bell Club, every single one of them is unique and bursting with character.

Thank you very much to those who brought me and Miss Panter cards and gifts, we really appreciate it 💖

11 days to go until we welcome some of them back for the holiday sessions 😀
