🔔 Water Outage 🔔

I think it goes without saying that school is closed today, therefore there are no children to collect from school.

We can't provide a 'drop off' safe place for children because the hall obviously has no water either.

A childcare setting cannot legally open or operate a childcare premises without a functioning water supply.

Under UK law, childcare providers must adhere to strict welfare and health and safety requirements. If a premises loses water, it generally cannot remain open to children.

We will all be informed collectively via a message from school if they are opening tomorrow or not, this decision will likely be determined by when their supply returns and how much pressure has actually returned to the buildings.

Fingers crossed that we all have a normal water supply by the end of the day🤞

🔔 Availability Update and Clubs 🔔

❤️ Mondays - Full
💙 Tuesdays - Full
💜 Wednesdays - Availability
💚 Thursdays - Full
🧡 Fridays - Availability

After school clubs will always come round every term, our registration terms and conditions state just like many other monthly paid clubs, such as football, swimming, gymnastics, dancing etc that you must sign to agree that you are aware that you can't just opt out of paying for your rolling booked sessions. Your pre booked places that you rely on can't temporarily be put on hold and then be picked back up again to suit, especially now that we have such a high demand for places.

Your monthly invoice won't change or be reduced if your child misses a few of their booked places with us due to them attending a temporary school club, family holiday or a medical appointment.

Obviously you have every right to fully cancel your child's place at any time, to allow another family to have the place, that is entirely your choice. ☺️

Thank you in advance for your cooperation with regards keeping After Bell Club financially viable 🙂
