The Studio is closed for a creative recharge for what looks like a busy but very exciting academic year ahead. During this time new enquiries, emails, texts, calls and whatsapp messages will be responded to after Thursday 10th September.​

The online calendar is closed bar two dates, Thursday 10th September & Friday 11th September.Please note that these two dates are ad hoc and not part of current student's regular slots. ​

Vivo Singing Studio x Rooted Florals Collaboration!

I’m really excited to share that Vivo Singing Studio will be collaborating with Rooted Florals at Hodsock Priory this October.

Taking place from 23th-25th October, Rooted Florals will transform Hodsock Priory with immersive floral design, installations and botanical fashion, bringing together creativity, history and contemporary floral artistry.

As part of the weekend, a selection of Vivo Singing Studio students will be performing live during the daytime festival, providing music throughout the beautiful surroundings of Hodsock Priory. It’s a brilliant opportunity for our singers to perform in a completely different setting and be part of such a creative event.

I’ll also be performing separately at the Saturday evening VIP event, alongside pianist Nigel, as part of the evening entertainment and floral fashion showcase.

Well, quite a lot has happened at Vivo over the last 12 months!

As we head towards a new academic year, I wanted to put together a little summer round-up. I know not everyone sees every update and there's quite a lot to celebrate!

One of the biggest highlights was Vivo Singing Studio receiving the Schools Award at the Worksop Music & Drama Festival, one of the festival’s oldest awards recognising a contribution to music. And yes, that is the enormous shield now living in the studio!

We’re also getting ready to say goodbye to Paige, Poppy, Ellen and Jasmine as they head off to exciting new chapters, alongside a brilliant year of singing competition results, exams from Grade 1- Diploma Level, performances, auditions, professional opportunities and community projects.

I’m especially proud that we were also able to raise over £1,000 through our charity concert, support funded tuition through the Bawtry Arts & Music Project, and launch the first Vivo Singing Scholarship.

And there’s already plenty taking shape for the year ahead, including Visit Bawtry Bawtry Festival and Rooted in Florals/History and a few other things still to come!

A huge thank you to all of our students and families for your continued support.

It’s been a brilliant year. Now let’s grab the next academic year by the horns!
