There are lots of violet flowers popping up at the moment. We made this violet flower drink and its a really cool experiment. There are lots of ways to do it but we collected some violet flowers and stewed them in boiling water. This made the fluid turn a dirty blue/green colour . Then you add lemonade or lemon to it and the drink turns pink x
