Today we have celebrated Dandelion Day. This is a day to celebrate our setting's military children's resilience and adaptability.
Preschool went on a Dandelion Hunt in the field, we used these dandelions to make our own artworks. They continued developing their cutting skills, cutting green paper into stalks and used the dandelion heads for printing. As preschool did such a fantastic job picking dandelions, we then made dandelion 'tea.' We enjoyed this lots!
Poppies and Daisies were busy drawing dandelions and making some lovely flowers out of playdough.

We want to make sure every family in Lincolnshire can access childcare that truly works for them, from nurseries and childminders to breakfast clubs, afterschool sessions, and holiday clubs.

Spring is Springing 🌸

The children are singing 🤗
Chicks are hatching 🐣
Lambs are growing 🐑
Seeds are sowing 🎋

What a lovely way to start the Spring with the wonderful experience of watching eggs hatch into chicks. The children have enjoyed observing the process of the life cycle and even getting to hold the chicks.

We have been back to see the lambs and they are growing too!

The life cycle of plants has begun by sowing seeds donated by our lovely parents , when they are formed we will be incorporating these into our exploring and learning.

More fun in the sun to come ☀️
