🎭✨ PANTO DAY FUN! ✨🎭

What an absolutely amazing time we had at the Panto today The Marlowe Theatre! 😄🎉
Our pupils were full of excitement, laughter, and plenty of loud “He’s behind you!” moments. The energy was fantastic, and everyone got fully into the spirit of the show.

A huge thank you to the staff and helpers who made the trip possible, and to the performers for such a brilliant production. 🌟
We love days that bring joy, laughter, and memories our pupils will be talking about for weeks! ❤️

What a fun and energetic sports afternoon! 🌟

Last week, three other schools joined us for an action-packed dodgeball afternoon led by Inclusive Sport. We kicked things off with fun skill-building drills and wrapped up with an exciting game at the end.

🌺 Remembrance Day 2025 🌺

Today, our school community came together to observe a two-minute silence in honour of all those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. Students and staff stood in quiet reflection to remember the bravery, courage, and selflessness of our heroes — past and present.

This week, our pupils have taken part in a range of meaningful activities to mark Remembrance. From creating poppy artwork and writing thoughtful poems, to learning about the stories of soldiers and the significance of the poppy, our students have shown great respect and understanding.

We were also proud to have some of our students represent the school at the Remembrance service in Sandwich, where they laid a wreath as a mark of respect and remembrance.

🐾 Learning Through Caring! 🌿

Our students show wonderful responsibility and compassion during their Life Skills lessons, as they help take care of the animals in our school! 🐰🐓🐢

From feeding and cleaning to making sure each animal has a comfortable and safe environment, pupils have learned the importance of empathy, teamwork, and routine care. 💚

It’s a fantastic hands-on experience — and the animals are certainly enjoying all the extra attention and love! 🐾✨

✈️ Design & Technology in Action! 🛠️

Our students have been busy in their Art lessons, putting their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test by designing and building their very own glider cars! 🚗💨

Using a range of different materials, the pupils explored how design choices and material properties affect speed, distance, and stability. From brainstorming ideas to testing and refining their final models, they showed fantastic teamwork, innovation, and perseverance!

Well done to everyone for their hard work and enthusiasm! 🌟

🎃🍂 We’re Back for Term 2! 🍂🎃

We’re so excited to be back for Term 2 — and what a fantastic start it’s been! 🌟

Our pupils had some Forest School Halloween fun just before the break, getting creative with nature-inspired activities. They made wooden decorations, Conker webs, and pumpkin bird feeders – perfect for the spooky season and our feathered friends! 🪶🕸️🎃

It’s been wonderful to see everyone working together, exploring outdoors, and enjoying hands-on learning. 💚

Here’s to a term full of adventure, creativity, discovery and some more nature fun! 🌿✨

🐾 Whole School Workshop Day! 🐍🕷️🦎

On Friday, we had our termly Whole School Workshop, and this time we were lucky enough to welcome ZooLab! 🎉

The children (and staff!) had an amazing time meeting and learning about a variety of fascinating animals — from reptiles to insects and everything in between. 🐸🪳🐍

It was a fantastic hands-on learning experience that sparked lots of curiosity and excitement across the school. Thank you to ZooLab for such an unforgettable day! 💚
