We were delighted to celebrate the official opening of Edgbarrow School’s Specialist Resource Provision (SRP). Together with the SRP at Sandhurst School, this enhanced provision will provide vital support for children and young people with special educational needs, helping them to flourish in an inclusive and supportive environment. A wonderful step forward for our schools and community.

On 17 June, we marked “Thank a Teacher Day,” which we renamed “Thank a Staff Member Day” to acknowledge all our wonderful school staff.

We were thrilled by the volume of positive feedback received and delighted to share it with our staff. Here’s a selection of the lovely comments we received.

We are delighted to share a few inspiring words from our Service Pupil Support Champion, Emma Kennedy.

We were proud to join Sandhurst Town Council for the Armed Forces Day Flag Raising ceremony and represent Corvus Learning Trust within the local community.

A huge well done to our Service Pupils and Cadets, who are a real credit to the Trust. They represented themselves, their families and our schools with confidence, respect and pride.

One of the most moving parts of the ceremony was hearing from young people with first-hand experience of military life. Their reflections were both heartfelt and powerful, giving everyone present a deeper understanding of the unique experiences, challenges and strengths that come with being part of an Armed Forces family.

We are incredibly proud of all of our Service Pupils and grateful for the contribution they make to our school community every day.

Yesterday we held a Trust-wide Primary Writing moderation, bringing together colleagues from across our schools and beyond.
A great example of collaboration in action—supporting accurate teacher judgement and shared standards. A really successful event!
