Today is the first day of the summer holidays for my boys!
We have lots of plans including camping, adventures around the UK, family time, catching up with mates and hopefully some time to relax in between!
I will of course still be teaching and doing group classes and workshops, responding to messages might just take me a little longer than normal.

Good luck to all the school age kid wranglers, I wish you a harmonious six or so weeks with minimal squabbling and enough vegetables to stop them getting scurvy!
