Healthwatch South Tees support with NHS app
Please see details below from Healthwatch South Tees and where they are attending venues to give support with using the NHS app.
NHS App and self-referral service awareness:
Over the last few months we have been focusing on increasing awareness and uptake of the NHS App, supporting people to get registered and understand how it can help them manage their healthcare more easily. We will also be highlighting the services available through self-referral, making it easier for people to access the care and support they need without seeing a GP first.
We will be at the following places, also keep an eye on our socials as we get more venues booked in:
4th September - Nunthorpe Medical - 10:00 - 12:00
7th September - Coulby Medical - 10:00 - 12:00
7th September - Skelton Civic Hall - 09:30- 11:30
8th September - The Garth Surgery - 10:00 - 12:00
9th September - Prior Pursglove Fresher Fayre - 10:00 - 13:00
14th September - Hillside Practice - 10:00 - 12:00
15th September - Newlands Medical Centre - 10:00 - 12:00
