I’ve been studying spiritual and self-development for over ten years.

Because of that I am super wary about the spaces I will allow myself to be in. I am incredibly careful with my energy and who I will trust with it.

There’s been a curious thing happening this past week or so…

I’ve been shown in fragments what it is I am to do with my retreat guests in Ibiza. But…this isn’t the unusual part as I am always guided to what I will be sharing right before any event and especially when it’s a retreat situation with multiple days and sessions.

No…the unusual part is how much fear and resistance has been showing up the closer we get to the date. There have been the usual nerves that you might expect to have when you care that you are delivering to the very best of your ability but this has been something more than that.

So today I decided to sit with what had been coming up - which was mostly a ton of anxiety around things that might happen!

What I uncovered were a ton of horrid beliefs and fears about myself. None of which I would have said I had and yet there they were, plain to see and pulling ALL the strings!

Some of the beliefs I uncovered were…

I will let everyone down

I am a failure

I cannot be trusted

I've been kidding myself

Nothing I know is real

I will be alone

As I worked through these beliefs I began to channel how I would release them and then I realised that this is what we would be doing in Ibiza!

RENEWAL

That is the word I heard and felt on every level. We will be recognising the patterns we have been caught up in that are leading to the results we say we don't want. This is about ownership of what is, without the judgement. Because only then can we recognise our own power to change our circumstances.

I then channeled an entire workshop that I will be delivering to my Ibiza guests while we are out there!

After uncovering the beliefs I wrote - "These are the beliefs that are currently hanging out in your energy field. These beliefs are currently governing the choices you make and actions you take. They are insidious because they do not match how you think you feel. If you had been asked before, whether these statements were true, you would likely have said no. And yet here they are, weaving disaster and writing your future as we speak!

It's time to take your future back into your own hands!"

It makes perfect sense that when you are shedding layers and becoming your true self, that the old perceived version of you would fight to stay. After all, this was the safer version of you. The one others approved of. The one that was quiet. The one that fitted in. There is even a part of you that craves the safety of that cocoon where you could hide and not be truly seen and therefore never really judged.

But you were never meant to stay in the cocoon forever. Like the butterfly, you were always meant to break free and soar!

So rather than fearing you may be less than you dreamed you could be, see your fears for what they are - a fraction of your truth fighting for it's limitations!

Sound Reiki Meditation Evenings take place on the 1st, 3rd and 4th Sunday of each month in two locations.

Sound Reiki is based on traditional Reiki but it uses the vocal tones and vibrations to channel the healing. As a Sound Reiki Master, I can help you to release any stress, anxiety and grief you may be carrying.

This isn't about overcoming, but more about acceptance and being able to find a way forward in spite of the challenges you may have faced.

These are extremely relaxing and deeply healing sessions that will leave you feeling much lighter, more grounded and with a deep sense of peace.

This message came from someone who experienced one to one healing with me this week.

We identified the negative blocks that were keeping them feeling stuck in their grief and pain of traumatic past experiences, and we released them gently through the healing sound vibrations.

We also worked with two of their Soul Children who stepped forward to be healed relative to their soul purpose and social acceptance.

When they arrived they were carrying such deep grief that they hadn’t been able to cry for two months despite feeling like they needed to.
