We are so pleased to announce that Clare is this month's Positive Impact Award winner!

Clare is always going above and beyond to make sure the children are happy, safe and having the best time and of course, somehow she also manages to keep on top of the never ending washing!

We are not quite sure what we would do without Clare (although the washing pile might finally take over the nursery!)

On our staff training day in August, all the staff completed Baby Wearing Training.

Baby wearing is a wonderful way to support children's emotional, social and physical development while helping them feel safe, secure and connected.

It provides secure attachments and adults can help children feel comforted and reassured. The closeness, warmth and gentle movement can help children feel calm and settled.

Being at an adults level gives children lots of opportunities to observe faces, listen to conversations and engage in the world around them. The children can also experince everyday sounds, sights and movements while feeling secure in the arms of a trusted adult.

At Puddleducks we believe that close, responsive relationships are at the heart of babies learning and development. Every cuddle, conversation and moment of connection matters.
