This one was a special one. Such a gorgeous sunset session at the Mill Stockwith Mill - Lincolnshire Wedding Venue

After spending a couple of seasons to and from Cornwall and Lincolnshire, it’s time to fully nurture our new roots down south. This meant that our session at the mill was one of the last for a while. Seeing so many of our Lincolnshire Apricity community come together again, the people who laid the foundation for Apricity and for who I am today, the people that nurtured the beginning and have supported the journey the whole way through, I thank you from my heart and soul.

Thank you all for everything, you will never understand the impact your love support has had on my life

Our final Class in Lincolnshire (for now)
Apricity Yoga relocated to St Ives, Cornwall, in December 2024. Since then, we’ve been travelling back-and-forth between Cornwall and Lincolnshire to continue our events back home. After a busy season on the road, next year we look a little different, as we nestle fully into Cornwall (taking a well and rest with my little Mini!)

A beautiful morning shared at Enys Gardens with BALANCE&BLOOM by Apricity Yoga

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Balance & Bloom morning retreat.

Together we enjoyed peaceful walks through the beautiful grounds, an outdoor yoga session, guided meditation, and a relaxing flower arranging workshop, with everyone creating a handcrafted bouquet to take home.

We’ve been so touched by all of your lovely messages about your morning with us. Seeing our retreat come to life and how much you enjoyed the morning fills us with joy, and we’re so looking forward to bringing Balance & Bloom back again soon!

Happy 6 months on the mat to my wonderful client, Martin! Structured Fitness

Martin joined Apricity Yoga to support his health and wellbeing alongside his busy schedule as a self-employed personal trainer at St Ives’ new gym Fortis

Knowing how important it is to look after himself while helping others achieve their fitness goals, Martin made yoga part of his weekly routine. Together, we’ve focused on improving mobility, aiding recovery from training, and creating time for self-investment amidst a busy schedule.

Six months later, yoga has become an important part of keeping his body moving well, ensuring he can continue showing up for both his clients and himself.

Plus.. life is all about balance, Metallica concerts at the weekend and Yin Yoga on a Thursday afternoon sounds about right 💪🏻
