Aspire Training Services is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed Learning Mentor to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Hair & Beauty and supporting young people aged 14–16 to develop their confidence, skills and personal development.

💇‍♀️ About the Role

You will work with small groups of learners aged 14–16, delivering:
• A basic introductory Hair & Beauty qualification
• Hair & Beauty introductory units
• Personal and Social Development (PSD) qualification
• Support with confidence, personal development and employability skills
• A positive and engaging learning environment

⭐ The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Passionate about working with young people
• Confident in building positive relationships with learners aged 14–16
• Able to deliver basic Hair & Beauty knowledge and introductory units
• Patient, supportive and reliable
• Committed to helping young people achieve their potential

Previous experience of working with young people or delivering training is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

🕘 Hours & Contract

Term-time only
27.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:30pm
Pro rata salary
📅 Immediate start available

🔐 DBS Requirement

A DBS check will be required for this position due to the role involving direct work with young people.
