It's this Sunday 8th March - Let's Dance for Sheila
Amazing news! - we've already hit our fundraising target of £500 on Just Giving, but it would be amazing if we could double that, while having a fun morning of dance and memories.
The programme looks like this
10.00 am Coffee & Welcome
10.30 am Moving on Up - Dance Exercise with Lisa
11.10 am A Touch of Nostalgia - Videos, Photos
11.20 am On the Treadmill - Laban Dance Fitness with Lisa
12.00 pm Coffee & Cake
12.20 pm So She Dances - Dance Performance
12.30 pm Final Fling
12.45 pm Finish

An exciting morning of dance coinciding with the national Let's Dance campaign.
Celebrating the dance life of my Mum, Sheila Howarth, and fundraising in aid of the Alzheimer's Society.
There will be an opportunity to take part in Dance Fitness sessions and also watch and learn sections of some of the iconic pieces that Sheila choreographed.
Refreshments will be available, as well as a raffle and other fundraising activities.
Everyone is welcome, but please let Lisa know if you're attending. Admission is free, with plenty of opportunities to make donations to our charity.
