wasn't too painful today!☀️

🕣My tactic didn't really work with my 2 year old - a later bedtime got me a split night from 2-3.30AM and a 5.30AM start, but I was expecting 4.30 so can't complain! 😅

💪Sending solidarity to those navigating the day ahead with very overtired little ones!

Top Tip Tuesday…. 🎶 Songs and music are central to Sing and Sign. We love to give you songs that are useful and relevant to your baby and can help you along with everyday tasks.

Whether is is changing a nappy, washing hands, getting dressed, brushing teeth, or going to bed, we have a song for it! And of course you can adapt any of the words to suit a more unusual task you might be doing - putting on suncream for example! ☀️
Music has a lovely calming and distracting quality and before they know it the task may be done, reducing the stress all round! Why not try using one of the songs we sing in class today and you’ll be amazed how it can sometimes coax even the most reluctant little ones into giving something a go! 🎶😊
