🇮🇹 What a day! 🇮🇹

It’s been a long, incredibly hot (40 degrees!), but brilliant day in Rome! We do love exploring…and have wracked up 28,000 steps, 2 high-speed train rides, a taxi and 3 underground metro trips! 🦶 🚆 🚕
Mr Boost has finally ticked Rome off his bucket list 👏

3 years since this incredible day… and honestly, I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat! 🥹❤️

You’re quite possibly the biggest pain in the butt 😂 but you’re also my biggest cheerleader, my best friend and the person I want by my side through all of life’s chaos. How we have changed in 3 years!
I couldn’t imagine doing this crazy life with anyone else. ❤️

And what better way to celebrate 3 years than a child-free week in Florence! 🇮🇹🍝🍷🎉

Here’s to us, to the adventures, the madness, the laughs and many, many more years of winging it together. 🥂❤️

Happy 4th birthday to our littlest dude! 🥰

The funniest, craziest, cheekiest and most loving little boy. You bring so much laughter (and chaos 😂) to our family, and we wouldn’t have you any other way!

I genuinely can’t believe my youngest is FOUR already. How has that happened?! 😭

The learning might happen in the lesson, but the preparation starts long before. 💙

💙 Division Week at Boost! 💙

A little look at tonight at Boost HQ… and what a busy one it was!

This week is all about DIVISION ➗ and tonight the children got stuck into it in true Boost style!

From sharing and grouping with practical resources, to division cards, multiplication squares, problem-solving and plenty of working things out on the tables… we’ve been making division hands-on, visual and (dare I say it?!) fun! 😂

There’s been lots of thinking, lots of “let me try it this way” moments and plenty of those lovely “OH! I GET IT!” moments. 💙 Florence C was a whizz with division facts and I’m so proud of Barney and Leo for their work on short division methods!

🌟 The bit of tutoring you don’t always see…

It’s not always the big “I got it!” moment.

Sometimes it’s the child who used to say “I can’t do this” having a go without being asked.

The child who remains fully-focussed for longer than before.

The child who makes a mistake… and keeps going.

Those little moments are why I love what I do. 💙
Because confidence comes before progress.

Apparently… everything except take the day off. 😂

Gym ✔️ Food shop ✔️ Laundry ✔️ Tropic delivery ✔️ Kids ✔️ Swimming ✔️ Dog walk ✔️ Bedtime ✔️ Boost admin ✔️
And finally… 9:15pm and I’m horizontal. 😂🫶
