activities include arts and crafts, baking, music, story time and games. Breakfast club £3.00

After school club £9.00

Parents and tots club £2.50 per session

Good afternoon

I'd like to keep you all updated regarding the learning tree 🌳

Unfortunately tomorrow I will be leaving the location where the learning tree was located.

I want to ensure you all that I will not be giving up on this, so this year I will be looking for a new location with outside space and finally get things up and running. I have alot more plans and so many new ideas!

I have worked very hard over the past 6 months to give up on the learning tree.

Here's to a fresh start 🌳

Happy new year all 😁

It really saddens me to say this but
The learning tree unfortunately will not be going ahead and opening.
I am really sorry but due to personal circumstances which have happened recently, I have been advised not to open and at this moment in time I need to concentrate on finding a home for me and my children.

Hopefully in the future we can open.

January start!

I am seeing a qualified individual to work with children age 5 and over. Current driving licence is essential as the roles include picking up and dropping children of at school, carry out daily activities, food preparation.

The learning tree is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a enhanced DBS check.

Pay to be discussed.

Hello everyone,
I hope your well,

It saddens me to write this and I hope everyone understands.
Due to some circumstances I have made the decision to postpone opening The learning tree's doors till January.

My apologises to all and those who have booked onto the parents and tots group during December have been cancelled

During now till the end of December I will be taking this time to train staff to ensure the best care for children. This allows us to expand and provide services to other local schools.

I will be continuing to complete registration forms for children who are wanting to join 🌳

Again I apologise and i am sorry for the inconvenience,

An update regarding our start date next week the 22nd of November.
Unfortunately due to some health and safety issues regarding the electrics we have had to postpone till the 29th November. This allows time for the electricians to come in and complete the jobs to ensure it is safe for us to open.

🌳 The learning tree 🌳 2 weeks till opening!

I have always dreamed of opening my own business and I have always wanted to work with children. I'm very passionate about my career.

I wanted to open a homely, friendly environment where everyone is welcome.
Parents can attend groups with their little ones, join in activities and meet new parents. Enjoy a cup of tea and engage in adult conversations.

Being a mum myself I found it hard going to parent and tots group on my own, I would be really nervous and panic.

Childcare has also always been a struggle too and I had to rely on family alot of the time, i know how hard it can be. Which is why I offer an affordable childcare rate.

One of the reasons I wanted to do this is for me to meet new people too as at times I've felt like I'm on my own and feel like I don't see anyone. I don't want anyone to feel like this.

I want everyone who comes to the learning tree to feel comfortable and enjoy their time here 🌳💜

Good afternoon all, I have been really busy the past week and I apologise for the slow replies.

We are having our boiler replaced and all electrics next week which has put us back again and I do apologise.

We are aiming to be open the 22nd November 😁🌳

After a successful weekend, we have had many messages about another open day.

We have decided that this Friday 29th October we will open our doors 10am-2pm for parents and children to come down and join in with any activities and look around before registering.

The learning tree is a before and after school club, holiday club and a parents and tots group 💚🌳
