💗✨ WHY WE DO IT… ✨💗

For us, KDC has never just been about dance. 🥹

Of course, we LOVE watching our dancers learn new skills, improve their technique and achieve things they once thought they couldn’t… but it’s everything else that makes us the proudest. 🫶🏼

It’s the little one who finally walks into class confidently without Mum or Dad.

It’s the dancer who keeps trying a skill even when they don’t get it the first time.

It’s watching friendships form between children who may never have met if it wasn’t for dance.

It’s the hugs, the giggles, the cheering each other on and watching their confidence grow week after week. 🥹💕

We want KDC to be somewhere every child feels welcome, supported and excited to come back to.

Some will dance for years. Some may compete. Some may simply come because it’s their favourite hour of the week — and every single one of those reasons matters to us. 💗

We’re building more than dancers.

We’re building confidence, friendships, memories and one big dance family. 🫶🏼✨

And THAT is why we do it. 💗

🎨💗 SUMMER CAMP FUN WITH A TWIST! 💗🎨

Another one of our activities from Summer Camp… colouring, but KDC style! 😂✨

Each dancer had just ONE MINUTE to add to the picture before they had to pass it on to the next person! ⏰🖍️

By the end, everyone had added their own little part and together they created one big picture — just like the big dance family we are at KDC! 🥹🫶🏼💗

So lovely seeing all the kids working together, having a laugh and getting creative! ✨

Definitely one we’ll be doing again! 😂💕

🩷✨ LEARNING THE LITTLE THINGS! ✨🩷

Our Minis have been learning all about pointing their toes and why those little details are so important in dance! 🩰🥹

We absolutely love seeing moments like this with Lily helping and encouraging our little dancers. 🫶🏼 Our Minis classes are such a nurturing, fun and supportive environment, where every child can learn at their own pace, build their confidence and most importantly enjoy themselves! 💕

Our Acro dancers have been working super hard on their handstand into bridges! ✨

We’ve been focusing on building confidence, control and strength, as well as learning the correct technique to safely progress the skill! 💪🏼🥰

We absolutely LOVE seeing how determined our dancers are to keep trying until they get it! 🌟

🌟💗 STUDENT SPOTLIGHT — HARPER! 💗🌟

If you know Harper, you’ll know she is an absolute little character and we love her SO much! 😂🥹💕

She brings SO much energy to every single lesson and always has us smiling! But alongside all the fun, she’s also improved so much and we’re so proud of how far she’s come! ✨

And can we just talk about this routine?! 🤩 Harper made this all by herself at only 6 years old! 👏🏼🥹

We absolutely love seeing our dancers getting creative, showing their personalities and having the confidence to create their own choreography! 💃🏼💗
