Here's what we want you to know: it's normal. It's not a sign you're doing anything wrong. Most children settle within the first two weeks, often faster than parents expect.
And while you're driving to work wondering if they're okay — they are. We promise. We're holding their hand, distracting them with something brilliant, and counting down to pick-up time right alongside you.
