🦚 Special (and unexpected!) visitors today…
We’ve had some very special guests arrive on our school grounds today! Unfortunately, we’re unable to keep them, so if they belong to you, please get in touch as soon as possible to arrange collection.
If no owner is identified, South Yorkshire Terrapin & Tortoise Rescue have kindly offered to keep them safe until they can be reunited with their family.
In the meantime, if anyone is able to help us safely catch them, we would be very grateful – please give the school office a call on 01909 550531.

Amazing play, every day, for every child 15/01/2026

🌟 Help Us Spark Imagination with OPAL! 🌟
Our school is proud to be part of the OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) Programme, which transforms playtimes into exciting opportunities for creativity, problem-solving, and fun! 🎨🚀
To make this happen, we need your help! We’re looking for donations of items that children can use outdoors for imaginative play. Think big, think quirky—last month, Wildes Inns donated a bath, and we have already imagined it as a boat, so we can't wait to see what the children will imagine it as🛁✨

What can you donate?

Old pots and pans
Large cardboard boxes
Wooden pallets
Fabric, tarps, or cushions
Anything safe and sturdy that sparks creativity!

Your donations will help us create a playground where imagination knows no bounds. 💡
📍 Drop off your items at School reception or contact us at

🎄💙 The students at Laughton All Saints’ had a fantastic time last week designing their own t-shirts and taking part in Elf Dash in support of Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
We are incredibly proud to share that, together, we raised over £1,000 for this amazing charity! Thank you to everyone who supported us — what a brilliant team effort.

🎄We're Looking for a New Home for Our Christmas Tree!🎄
Our stunning Christmas tree will be ready to spread festive cheer in a new home from Friday, 19th December. We’d love to donate it to someone who can give it a cozy spot for the rest of the season.
She’s a beauty at 8.5ft tall (though you can trim her if needed) and originally from Shed N Fence LTD , so you can count on excellent quality.
If you’d like to welcome this tree into your home, please get in touch at [email protected] or call us on 01909 550531.
