You just want them to feel happy, included and confident enough to be themselves. ️

At The Combat Academy, it’s more than punches and kicks. It’s small wins, encouragement and helping them go from “I can’t” to “I did it!” 🥊

Not about starting fights. About building belief in themselves.

Big feelings need a positive place to go❤️

🥋 AVA & JASMINE 🥋

Ava and Jasmine are two of our longest-serving members, and their journey over the past few years has been incredible.

They’re now part of our Fighter Development Team, Instructor Training Programme and Black Belt Programme, and in November they’ll be heading to their first World Championships. 🌍

If you’d have told them on their first day where they’d be now and what they’ve achieved, they probably would have thought you were lying!

It hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows. There have been difficult days, setbacks and plenty of times they’ve had to dig deep.

It’s easy to look at where they are now and think they’ve had it easy because they’re talented. But their success has been built through years of hard work, consistency and believing in the process.

They’ve also been helping on our Little Ninjas and Junior sessions, sharing the knowledge they’ve gained and helping others reach their goals.

I’m incredibly proud of how far they’ve come, and even more excited to see where the future takes them.

The best is yet to come. 👊🔥
