We hope everyone has had a wonderful summer break and has enjoyed a positive start to the new school term.

🇨🇦 Canada 2026! 🇨🇦

What a trip! In July, 48 students travelled to Canada for an unforgettable sporting adventure. 🏐🏉

The students took part in successful netball and rugby matches, representing our school brilliantly throughout. Their attitude, sportsmanship and behaviour were fantastic, and they were incredible ambassadors for the school. 👏

Away from the sport, we explored the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and Niagara Falls — with the jet boat at Niagara Falls being a particular highlight for many! 🌊🚤

A trip full of sport, adventure, laughter and memories that will last a lifetime. 🇨🇦❤️

Well done to all 48 students — you made us incredibly proud! 🇨🇦

🎉 GCSE Results Day – Thursday 20th August 🎉

The big day is nearly here! 🍀🤞

Year 11 students can collect their GCSE results from 8:00am at John Kyrle High School. If you're unable to attend, results will be available via the Education Record App and emailed to your student email address after 12 noon. Written permission is required if someone else is collecting your results on your behalf.

✅ Careers advice and guidance available on the day
Mrs Knapper and the careers team will be on hand to help you explore your next steps, whether that’s Sixth Form, college, an apprenticeship, or another pathway.

🎓 Thinking about Sixth Form?
We still have places available, and students can discuss options and apply on Results Day. Mrs Bolt and the Sixth Form team will also be available to offer advice and support.

Remember, you are always part of the JKHS family, and we're here to help you take your next step with confidence.

A Level Results Day at JKHS 🎓✨

We’re incredibly proud of our Class of 2026 and everything they have achieved.

Results Day is about so much more than grades — it’s about recognising the hard work, determination and resilience that has brought each of our students to this point, and celebrating the exciting opportunities ahead. ❤️

Whether their next step is university, an apprenticeship, employment or a brand-new adventure, we’re proud to see our students moving forward towards their first-choice futures.

Year 13 students can collect their A Level results from 8:00am at John Kyrle High School. If you are unable to attend, results will be emailed to your student email address after 11:00am. Written permission is required if someone else is collecting your results on your behalf.

✅ Careers support available on the day Mrs Knapper and the careers team will be on hand to offer guidance and support, whether you're heading to university, an apprenticeship, employment, or exploring alternative pathways.

🏅 Year 9 & 10 Sports Day 🏅🏃‍♀️

Last Friday, our Year 9 and Year 10 students brought the energy, determination and House spirit to another fantastic Sports Day! 💙❤️

From exciting races to brilliant teamwork and plenty of support from the sidelines, it was great to see everyone giving their best and making the most of the day.

A huge well done to all who took part, and thank you to our staff and student helpers for making it such a success! 👏🏆
