POLE FITNESS CLASSES

BOOK YOUR CLASS:
Online bookings only, we're no longer able to accept walk ins. https://www.bookwhen.com/stagespolefitness. Please note: you are now able to book multiple sessions ahead if you prefer. CLASS SCHEDULE:
--> Wednesdays [UNTIL APRIL 2024]
8-9pm: Newbie & Beginner (Level 1-2) | £11.50
9-10pm: Intermediate & Advanced

(Levels 3-4) | £11.50
--> Thursdays [AFTER APRIL 2024]
7-8pm: Newbie & Beginner (Level 1-2) | £11.50
9-10pm: Intermediate & Advanced (Levels 3-4) | £11.50

OTHER CLASSES:
1. Every 6 weeks we run a spin and doubles class, join our class WhatsApp group to find out when these will be.
2. We hold seasonal fancy dress routine classes for Valentines, Halloween and Christmas. DRESS CODE:
1. Please wear comfortable clothes; vest top and shorts are ideal, no footwear required
2. NO moisturiser (12 hours before class)
3. NO hand or wrist jewellery

The LEGACY of Stages Pole Fitness is not only everyones continued passion for the sport, but the friendships made along the way. We know many of you have made lifelong friendships at our classes and that is incredibly special 💕

And I personally feel the luckiest for having these incredible women as my friends (as well as my team) and beyond SPF I believe we will still always be together 🧡❤️🩷🩵

Little shout out to mumma Copley for attending in my stead last night - some of our longer standing students will remember when she used to be at class every week. And Dadda Copley too for his help at all our of our showcases and for making the studio ceilings possible to pole on! Thank you both 🫶

Can't quite believe I'm writing this but last night marks the end of our time at Stages Pole Fitness - the end of the most incredible era. 12 years of meeting and poling with wonderful people, hosting showcases, photoshoots, socials and of course many many Wednesday and Thursday evenings spent together sharing our passion - pole fitness ❤️

I'm sure I'll continue sharing some moments over the coming weeks as we wind everything down to a close but for now I'd like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has taken our classes and joined our little family. It has been an absolute pleasure. 💜 And an even bigger thank you to the women who have been my side in running the school - my increbible instructors. Thank you for your time, dedication and all the love you've put into Stages - i mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say that I couldn't have done it without you. 🤍
