This violin takes me back 30+ years, to my Teacher Training years, when learning an instrument was compulsory.

I had no idea then where music would take me😊

Holidays are for making memories and inspiring young minds 💛🎶

Wherever you spend your holiday, if you have the opportunity, take your children to a concert, an art exhibition, a museum or a local cultural event.

This evening, while on holiday, we chose to attend a beautiful Baroque concert in a church dating back to the 1300s. Performed by Matteo Pasqualini, a truly remarkable harpsichordist and one of the rare musicians who brings this extraordinary instrument to life with exceptional artistry, elegance and authenticity, it was an unforgettable experience.

Music isn’t only learned in lessons it is experienced, absorbed and passed on through moments like these. Every great performance can inspire the next generation of musicians.
