Good luck to all students starting their GCSEs today. All the work for the last few years is building up to this point, but the results do not define you. You are amazing, you are not a number between 1-9, you are not a grade, you are unique, and you must stay that way!

Well today is a state the obvious day for ofsted! Of course workload is going to have an effect on teacher development. Some teachers aren’t even getting the time to eat their lunches without working let alone take on a cpd project of any size!! Wake up!!!
