The items you might want to pack depends on the environment you're in and who you're catering for.

A first aid kit for a mountain leader could be packed differently to a company supplying an office room.

We will speak about items you might not have heard of, such as tourniquets and haemostatic bandages.

Teaching CPR techniques to a group of Overland bikers a few weeks ago.

I attended the Overland Event to deliver a couple of workshops in First Aid. I really enjoyed it and I'm sure everyone got something out of it.

A couple of weeks ago I attended a motorcycle overland travel event. I really enjoy this event as in the past I rode a motorcycle around the world.

It was great to attend this event and deliver some first aid workshops for the bikers.

Here I'm chatting about first aid kits and discussions about what to take. It was interesting to find out what others pack due to the limited space of motorcycle luggage.

This course was delivered at the weekend to a great group of people.

It's always good fun teaching this course. These photos are from day one of the two day course.

A load of improvisation with kit you might be carrying, CPR techniques and a few practical scenarios. 👍
