How Far Can You Push a Rental Race Bike? 🏍️🔥
Near the Back. Full Attack. 2nd Place. 🏁
After I didn't start the previous I went off for race 4 from near the back of the grid.
The challenge was simple: get through the field and see how far I could take the race club’s renta bike.
I worked my way through the pack, picking off riders and pushing the bike as hard as I could.
Getting to the front, I had some seriously tough competitors to battle with, and the pace was relentless right to the finish.
I ultimately crossed the line in 2nd place.

Rain, with dry tyres - what do you think? Risk vs Reward 🏍️🌧️
The race is about to start, one big problem: it’s begun raining, declared a 'wet race' and there's only dry tyres fitted to the bike.
I headed out and see just how wet the track really was, a few corners in, I knew it was not for me!
I rode back to the paddock and parked the bike.
Risk versus reward. It’s one of my favourite phrases when it comes to decision making.😉
