This week, our Year 10 Hospitality and Catering students took part in an exciting Ready Steady Cook event, hosted by the Navy chefs.

Students had just 80 minutes to create a delicious chicken Kiev, served with fondant potatoes, followed by a fruit-filled pavlova.

It was fantastic to see such brilliant teamwork, creativity and enthusiasm throughout the event. Every team worked incredibly hard and should be proud of what they achieved.

A huge well done to everyone who took part, and a special congratulations to our winning teams of young chefs!

What a fantastic experience!
