Frank Bruno - I've finally met one of my hero's
I remember watching Frank Bruno v Mike Tyson and watched in awe as he had Tyson hurt after being rocked to his very core by Frank.
Love this guy and cannot speak more highly of him about his work supporting mental health work.
And yes he really is that big (or I'm that little)

We have just opened a new KARATE DoJo in Ringwood
So if you are young (6 year old plus) or young at heart and looking to start something new.
