Last night, we had some sad news that our Silat brother, and Pak Rusli’s son in Indonesia passed away suddenly.

We had visited Indonesia several times, his father was one of Steve’s teachers for a long time, whom Guru Ma loved and had sent Steve to train with, and who loved Steve dearly.

Last month, Ozz’s mother also passed away, and about a year ago, his wife had also sadly passed away.

He has sadly left his 2 children behind, both who are now very young adults, and today we pay tribute to him and his life and the legacy that he left us with..

Ozz, dear brother - May your soul rest in Peace..

The Men’s Circle ⭕️ was a great opportunity for souls to find the courage and bravery into opening their hearts ♥️

When humility, acceptance and responsibility come together alongside true vulnerability then the heart will open.

You cannot open the heart when you are tricking yourself. You cannot open the heart when there’s no ownership or responsibility. You cannot open the heart without the courage to be vulnerable. You cannot open the heart with mathematical equations on how to do it ‘bit by bit’.

It is a choice that comes from a recognition that you are hurting yourself and others and a step into true vulnerability and ownership presently and then every day until you are used to living in these waters!

Real bravery is when the soul strips off and says, “here I am “ in the midst of a crooked and perverse distorted world where men hide behind their fake religions, there fake political power, guns and machines!

It takes a different type of courage to trust the Light.

This path is truly for the brave.

Beginning in March, the re-run of our SATRIA ONLINE course starts - these are weekly pre-recorded lessons delivered each week - suitable for those who would like to learn an authentic, dynamic and beautiful martial art, and is able to study and practise at their own pace and time.

You will build a strong foundation in the SFA through this 6-year course, and not only will it benefit your bodies, your mind and your heart, but you can also join the course with the aim to becoming a certified and qualified SFA Instructor (if this is something that interests you).
