DodgeFiT is mixed, sociable and a great alternative to gym, jogging, and other equally less exciting methods of fitness. Each session is an hour long and is carefully designed by professional personal trainers and Dodgeball UK. Don't forget DodgeFiT + Club Dodgeball tonight guys! The almighty Stedders will be running the session at Lucozade Powerleague OldStreet!
7.10pm: DodgeFiT (£10)
8.10pm: Hour Of Dodgeball & Coaching (FREE if attended DodgeFiT or £5 if you didn't)
I (Stedders) will be running DodgeFiT tomorrow night (Tues) at Powerleague Old Street, and will be including some coaching on how to throw properly and a few in-game scenarios/tactics. All starts at 7.10pm.
