Today some of our Little Lambs packed up and headed off on a little adventure to Queens Market Park! 🛝✨

We made the most of being out in our local community, exploring the park, enjoying plenty of fresh air and, of course, having lots of fun together! 💜💚

We even took our snack along with us — croissants and apple enjoyed picnic-style at the park! 🥐🍎

Sometimes the simplest adventures make the best memories. 💚💜

Our Little Lambs Pre-School gang have had a fabulous time celebrating Dolly Day today, but alongside all the country fun, they decided to spread a little Dolly Day kindness too! 🌵💌

The children made their very own Dolly Day kindness cards and headed out to deliver them to their Little Lambs friends at Emmanuel and the Day Nursery. 💜💚

We even managed a special delivery to Charlotte and Teddy on the school run! 😂🤠💌

We love those little opportunities to teach our children that something as simple as a card, a kind word or making someone smile can brighten their day. 🥰

Today we took a walk along the promenade to explore the photographs showing the history of Rhyl.

Our Little Lambs loved spotting familiar places, looking at how different Rhyl used to be and chatting about everything that has changed over the years. 🏖️💭

And we had an extra special surprise… we spotted Team Leader Sophie’s Taid in one of the old photographs, working on his rock stall! 🍭🥹

Our little explorers had the best time collecting shells, feeling the sand between their toes and exploring everything the beach had to offer. 🐚

As they created, we chatted about who makes up our families, the different people and roles within them, and how every family can look different and be special in its own way. 💜💚

Exploring family helps our children develop their self-identity, confidence and sense of belonging, place and security — understanding more about themselves and the important people in their world. 🌍✨

Our trip to Llandudno beach turned into an unexpected little learning adventure! 🌊🦈

While we were out walking, we came across a starry shark. Sadly, the little guy couldn’t be saved, but the children were absolutely amazed by the discovery.

It sparked so many questions about sharks where they live, what they eat, how they swim and so much more! 🥰

Although it was sad that we couldn’t help him, it was lovely to see just how fascinated and curious the children were. Sometimes the most unexpected moments create the best opportunities to learn. 💙

🌿🐦 Today we went on a wonderful adventure to Conwy RSPB Nature Reserve! 🦅🦢🦟🐜

We followed the nature trail, learning all about the different types of birds and insects we might spot along the way. It was so interesting listening carefully to the birds singing and keeping our eyes peeled for all the little bugs and creatures hiding around us! 🐞🐛🌳

On our way home, we stopped off in Abergele and enjoyed a lovely walk around the pond, where we spotted some beautiful ducks 🦆 and swans 🦢.

Our grown-ups were especially proud of us when people we passed commented on how well behaved we all were! 🙌🏻😊

What a fantastic day of exploring, learning and making memories! 💚💜🐑
