🍦 Ice Cream Station – Gorsaf Hufen Iâ 🍦

End of term fun at our Gorsaf Hufen Iâ (Ice Cream Station). We enjoyed scooping and making our own ice creams, using our imaginations and developing our fine motor skills!

Throughout our play, we practised simple Welsh language skills, using words such as pinc (pink), glas (blue), mwy (more), sgŵp (scoop), and diolch (thank you).

We had a wonderful time exploring, creating, and building our confidence while using simple Welsh throughout their play. Da iawn, everyone! 🍦😊

🌞🦆 Yesterday, we ventured to the duck pond! We spotted lots of beautiful ducks in all different colours, shapes and sizes, which everyone enjoyed watching.

The children walked so sensibly throughout our outing and loved exploring together in the sunshine. It was a wonderful afternoon full of fresh air, nature, and smiles! ☀️💜

We can’t wait for our next adventure! 🌿

This weeks Worldy Wednesday took us all the way to America 🇺🇸 🌎

With American Independance day approaching we thought it it was only right to celebrating with an American themed fruit platter.

Its safe to say it went down a treat 🥰

🌡️🥵 When the school closes early because of the heat… you know it’s HOT! 🥵🌡️

With Ysgol Emmanuel closing at 1:30pm today due to the heatwave, our team definitely earned an early finish too! 😅

After a week of keeping everyone cool with water play, paddling pools, ice lollies, endless drinks and lots of smiles… we think it’s safe to say we’re officially MELTED! 😂🫠

Roll on the cold showers! 🚿💜

With water trays, shady adventures and lots of refreshing drinks, our little lambs are finding clever ways to beat the heat! ☀️💦

Because when life gives you sunshine… add water and make memories! 🌈
