Year 1 have fully immersed themselves in their geography lesson this week.❤️🌏

We used our new 'now, press, play' equipment and loved finding ways to save water and care for the environment.⭐🌳

Year 2 have put their creative hats on and turned natural objects into art. 🍂🌰🍀

Using conkers, pine cones, leaves and feathers they have used their imagination and created some wonderful artwork. 🫶

We have had a brilliant time on our PGL trip to Dearne Valley. 🩵⭐

We travelled down the Dearne river in our canoes, had an amazing fencing lesson where we learnt all the basic moves, zoomed down the zipline and braved the heights on the high ropes. 🚣

We have been so impressed with the children's resilience and determination this week and great to see them all working so well together as a team. 🫶

We have had a great start to the autumn term. 🌳💙

We have had a lot of fun in all our lessons, inside and outside the classroom.⭐

It was also lovely to welcome back Mrs Summers who put on a wonderful performance, singing some nursery rhymes and other songs for the nursery children. 💫

We had a lovely trip to the Harley Gallery yesterday. 🎨💙🖌️

We looked at all the amazing portraits and had so much fun learning about the history and meaning behind them. The children also made their own picture frames based on what they saw at the gallery and can be used to display their own artwork.💙
