There’s an oven for every style of pizza or there is a style of pizza for every oven?

The first step isn’t choosing an oven, it’s understanding the type of pizza you want to create. Once you know your style, you can find the oven that delivers the performance needed to achieve the results you’ve been searching for.

Many pizza ovens can reach temperatures of around 500°C, but higher temperatures don’t automatically guarantee a better pizza. Great results come from matching the right oven, temperature and technique to your chosen style.

From wood-fired and gas ovens to electric models, each type offers unique characteristics that influence the final product.

The right oven doesn’t just cook your pizza but it helps bring your vision to life.

What’s your preferred oven: wood-fired, gas, or electric? 🍕🔥
Meet our Izzo Electric Oven 🔥
An electric oven engineered to deliver the performance and baking style of a traditional wood-fired oven, combining consistency, efficiency and incredible results.

This is one of the ovens we use during our professional pizza training courses, giving students the chance to work with top-quality equipment while developing the skills needed to create outstanding pizza.

Great pizza starts with great knowledge and learning with the right oven makes the journey even better.

" I WANT TO COOK AT 400-450 DEGREES TO ACHIEVE A NEAPOLITAN PIZZA STYLE RESULT"

It's one of the most common matters we hear from customers. The reality is that achieving the perfect pizza isn't just about setting your oven to the highest temperature possible. Understanding the ideal baking temperature for your specific pizza style and knowing how your oven performs is what makes the difference.

Take a Marana rotating oven, for example, while it may be set to 320°C, the average cooking temperature can be significantly higher due to the increased heat around the flame side of the oven; This allows pizzas to cook evenly and efficiently without needing an excessively high temperature setting.

Every oven behaves differently, which is why understanding your equipment is just as important as mastering your dough recipe.

Here at White's, we don't just supply equipment but also we help you get the very best from it, working on recipes, training, supporting , consulting on a continuos journey. We offer professional training and consultation covering pizza-making techniques, oven operation and equipment selection based on the style of pizza you want to create.

Whether you're starting your pizza business or looking to refine your skills, our First Level Pizza Course and Intensive Neapolitan Pizza Course are designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to achieve consistent, professional results.

ORTOLANA ALL THE WAY! This pizza flavour hasn't got its own origins but come from an ancient Italian peasant tradition. It is a pizza maker's tribute to the workers' habit of consuming frugal meals, bringing bread to the fields accompanied by fresh vegetables just picked from the garden.
Not to mention that it's a great vegetarian option, roasting your vegetables before going on top of your pizza, well seasoned and a smoke taste is a plus!
The name derives from the term "ortolano" (the one who grows or sells garden produce). In Italy, Ortolana is considered the quintessential vegetarian pizza.
