We loved the visit - thank you. Now we know two people born on the Ascension Isles!
Helen and lovely Nat grabbing a quick lunch break between school visits. It’s been terrific fun. Thank you . Fun fact: how many other people do you know born on Ascension Island? Thank you to Whitchurch Primary School, Benson C if E Primary School and St John’s Primary School for helping make the day so great.

📚 Author Visit – Book Orders Reminder
As some families were unable to view the previous email about our upcoming author visit, we’re resharing the key information here.
If you would like to order a signed copy of the book, I will be in the playground at pick-up today and again at drop-off tomorrow morning with the card reader. We’ve set the card reader up on this one occasion to help anyone who would like to make a last-minute payment.
If your child is in ASC, payment can also be made directly at ASC any time up until 5pm today.
Please do come and find me if you would like to order a copy.
📚 Author Nat Harrison Visiting Whitchurch Primary – Tuesday 3rd March
We’re excited to welcome author Nat Harrison to Whitchurch Primary School on Tuesday 3rd March.
Nat will be talking to the children about her love of travel and adventure, and introducing her fantastic debut novel The Girl Who Raced The World.
Nat was born on Ascension Island in the middle of the South Atlantic Ocean, home to green turtles, enormous land crabs and an active volcano. She has lived in Hong Kong, Europe, Australia and the US, and has visited every continent except Antarctica.
Her books usually retail at £7.99, but they can be pre-ordered for £7 in advance of the visit. Nat will sign and dedicate copies on the day.
Kind regards,
Mrs Chesters
