From Burnout to Balance: How to rewire your brain in just 8 weeks.

I have spent over 30 years in the corporate world, leading teams and delivering results in complex environments. I noticed a recurring pattern that plagued everyone: we all know exactly what we need to do to be healthy, productive, and happy, but we just can’t seem to make it stick.

I realised that 'trying harder' and relying on willpower is not the answer. I spent years bridging three distinct worlds:
1. The Corporate World: Where I live the daily reality of high pressure demands.
2. Neuroscience: To understand the biological "wiring" of how our brains actually change.
3. Spirituality: To connect with who we are at our core and find true grounding.

I created the Core Transformation Program to bring these worlds together. The crux of the program is working on the four deeper inner layers: Thinking, Feeling, Emotion, and Physiology. It’s not about forcing yourself to change; it’s about aligning your mind, body, and spirit so that growth becomes natural and lasts.

Learnings from the Blind School - Real Life Heroes

Nine years ago this day, a visit to a Blind School in Chandigarh changed my perspective on life. Here’s my reflection on that unforgettable day and the inspiring lessons I learned from real-life heroes.

Today was the 3rd Sunday in a row I ran my Masterclass on Habits. I am so grateful for the amazing feedback and energy from everyone who joined.
We dug into how our brain sometimes holds us back from building new habits. Its main job is survival, not thriving — so whenever something new requires extra energy, the brain tries to conserve it and resists change.
When we create habits that work with the brain, not against it, real transformation happens.
One participant (a regular marathon runner who attended my previous Master Class) shared how he could never stick to muscle building exercises. After using the habit method taught in the Master Class , he finally cracked it and built the new routine successfully!
