We have already posted about the grounds and the weather today but the young people have really enjoyed the unexpected snow and we had a visitor to site (a little fox) who took shelter under the trees through the worst flurries!

Our Christmas Concert on Friday 19th December at All Saints Church in Wokingham
allsaintswokingham.org.uk/how-to-find-us

The church cafe opens at 11am and you can arrive from this time to buy yourself a drink before the Concert begins. Young People will start to arrive from school at 11:25 and once everyone is in place the celebrations will begin

There is no parking at the church itself and very limited parking on site at the school so please can we ask that you find alternative places to park in the local area or use alternative travel methods.

If you would like to take your young person straight home from the church please let your Unit staff know otherwise young people will travel home in the usual way at 12:30.

We look forward to welcoming you.

We are absolutely delighted that the Toy Run has been agreed and it rides again! See the attached flyer for all the information you need if you want to get involved or take part as the event is not organised by the school.

Please note that any young people wanting to experience the event should be fully supervised by an adult at all times as school staff will not be available to supervise them on the Sunday.

This event supports our community in so many ways including Christmas gifts for all our young people, additional support for families who are most affected by the cost of living and other charity projects in the local area as well. The support that this event gives to the school and the further work that Barnardo's Charity does for young people across the South East is amazing and we are very grateful for all the positives benefits it brings!
