Breaking The Spell

Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess who was descended from starlight. She trod lightly upon the earth and left in her wake a trail of stardust and joy. She brought light and love to all around her, but her main gift was to create a life of meaning, creativity and purpose. To use her gifts to serve herself and the world.

She drew her creativity from the stars. There was nothing she could not do. She brought laughter to the world and the world was a better place with her in it.

But unbeknown to her, there was an Evil Meme that that tracked her, slowly but patiently, to lure her into a life that she never wanted, and it caught her in a thicket of thorns so deep that she could never escape.

And it seemed as though she fell asleep for one hundred years, as the thicket grew denser and denser. She could not escape, and she gave up hoping that she could. All her dreams and plans were crushed. Her days merged into each other, in a miasma of dullness and obligation.

That was me. It took me a lot of learning but I finally made an Escape Plan.

I know without a shadow of a doubt that we all have total control over our lives, but that we play small, because we have unconscious beliefs about what we are worth and the 'hand Life has dealt us'.

We can do so much more than we ever thought. We can create. Magnificently.

I have created the life of my dreams. I Broke the Spell on my old, limiting, beliefs.

Let me tell you what Breaking The Spell is about. Up to age 4 we absorb information about the world and ourselves like little sponges. What we see, hear and therefore assume about 'How It Is' in the world is formed, and cast in concrete.

It's just the same as being under hypnosis.

Those beliefs stay with us all our lives unless there is light shined on them.

If we are led to believe that we aren't worth much, or that we can't have what we love, it will colour everything we do.

Breaking The Spell is my unique system for waking up from this hypnosis and really finding out what you can do. We are all miracles, with amazing talents, if only we would let ourselves wake up from the past.
