Autism Mentors Ltd is expanding our bank of Mentors and Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support in homes, schools, community settings, and online. Shifts are offered on an ad-hoc basis to cover staff absence and increased demand.

ESSENTIAL:
✅Full UK driving license and access to a car
✅Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals (professional or lived experience)
✅Kindness, patience, and a person-centred approach
✅Ability to work independently and manage lone-working responsibilities
✅Strong communication and reliability
✅Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards

Do you have experience working with neurodivergent children and young people? Do you want a flexible role you can fit around other commitments? We offer excellent rates of pay plus ongoing training and development opportunities.
These roles are community based so a full driving license and access to a car is essential. We are based in Oxfordshire but cover a wider area including Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Hertfordshire.
