Meditation on the Rise

Meditation on the Rise I am a guide, teacher and space holder. Regular 60-90 minute weekly groups are offered in Kensal Rise, Queens Park and South Kensington in West London.

I offer Cacao rituals, The Path of the Medicine Woman course, meditation groups and 1 to 1 sessions to support expansion and growth. We also hold monthly events with different themes such as Creating Vision, Cacao circles, Drum journeys, Munay-ki Rites. Meditation on the Rise is an initiative with the intention of facilitating more people to experience greater peace. We hold friendly informal weekly sessions in Kensal Rise and Queens Park where a diverse group of like minded people gather to create a powerful collective energy bringing lasting and tangible benefits to their lives. The benefits of meditation are proven and countless including; reducing stress, learning to relax, enhancing well-being and improving mood, gaining more clarity and focus, boosting immunity, cultivating awareness and a sense of equipoise and balance, feeling refreshed, energised and peaceful.
