We are back w/c 14th September! 🥳

I hope you have all had a lovely summer. We have been super busy with a house move and all the drama that entails but so looking forward to seeing you all.

Mondays will remain at Purley Memorial Hall with our Mixed age class at 10.55.

Tuesdays will be moving to Turnhams Farm Hall in Tilehurst for the half term at 10.55. This will also be a Mixed age class although I'd be happy to add a separate Baby/non walkers class if enough demand.

Our sessions are super relaxed - a time for little ones to have the freedom to explore and the grown ups to chat and mingle.

Happy Saturday! I have spaces available in my Monday and Tuesday classes next week - PAYG.
Monday we're at Purley Memorial Hall 10.55 with a Mixed age class.
Tuesday we're at The Calcot Centre Annexe Room 10.55 with a non walkers/baby class.

£6 babies/non walkers
£7.50 walkers

Sibling discount is available.
Only pay for 1 twin in our Baby/non walkers class.
Babies 6 months and under are free to attend when accompanied by an older paying sibling.
Childminders - please message me for childminders rate.

We are all about supporting our local community and thought this might be of interest to some of you.
The lovely Our Story & Co. CIC will be running a 6 week confidence and self discovery programme in Pangbourne for women starting on the 30th June. Please see full details below 💛

Flourish is a supportive 6-week confidence and self-discovery programme for women who struggle with things like:

• overthinking
• people pleasing
• confidence and self-esteem
• setting boundaries
• putting everyone else first

Recent participants said:

💬 "I didn't know I could ever feel this strong."

💬 "I don't have to be a doormat forever."

The next programme starts on 30 June in Pangbourne and, thanks to funding, costs just £10 per week for 6 weeks.

🌻Tuesday afternoon, I held a taster session to introduce Baby Reflexology to lovely group of mums.
During this session, we discussed Reflexology and the many benefits and I taught step by step the well-being routine on my demo doll, which the mums followed on their babies... safe to say, all the little ones were happy to receive their treatment, with a few excited squeals too!
We had plenty of time to chat over a cuppa and cake at the end of the session and talked about outing ideas for the summer.
Thank you so much for joining me. It was a pleasure having you all.
