In coaching ne focusam pe situatia creata, exploram barierele si blocajele si ne focusam pe cm sa atingem ceea ce ne dorim. Nu creaza dependenta, din contra scopul este de a ajuta clientul sa gestioneze independent situatiile pe viitor. Sesiunile sunt personalizate bazate pe comunicare si relatie de incredere coach - client.

Am participat la un curs de Management in Proiecte.
