'Roots to Recipes'. A brand new concept. FREE cooking classes, focusing on using overlooked and surplus fresh ingredients. Together, we’ll create healthy, fresh meals, from scratch, from donated produce. In addition, we will show you how to ‘grow your own’ using leftover fruit and vegetables.
