A huge shoutout to Ann-Marie for everything she has achieved over the last year! 💪🔥
When Ann-Marie first stepped into the gym a year ago, she made a commitment to herself to make a change. For the last 4 months, I've had the privilege of being part of that journey, and the transformation has been incredible to watch.
Not only has she dropped an amazing 5 dress sizes, but I've also seen her grow in confidence, strength, and self-belief. She gives 100% to every session, is always willing to learn, and never shies away from trying something new.
Her dedication, consistency, and positive attitude have been inspiring from day one. The results speak for themselves, but what makes me most proud is seeing how much stronger and more confident she feels in herself.
