We are incredibly saddened to learn that one of the houses destroyed in yesterday's fire belongs to one of our families. Our thoughts and love are with them and we will be contacting the family on Monday morning to offer our support as a school. In the meantime, the following Just Giving page has been set up by a member of our wonderful community.

Our hearts go out to members of our community whose houses have been damaged in the fire this evening. It did not reach school but has affected some of our neighbours. We hope nobody has been hurt and staff on site are offering support.

We are delighted to announce our Reception Open Days for the Autumn Term!

If your child is due to start school next September, or if you're considering a place at our school, we'd love to welcome you. Our open days are a fantastic opportunity for children and their families to look around our school, meet our friendly and dedicated staff, explore our Reception classrooms and discover everything we have to offer.

🥋💥 Year 5 Try Ju-Jitsu! 💥🥋

As part of our annual Sportnight celebrations, every class has been enjoying a taster session in Ju-Jitsu!

Here are our Year 5 children taking part, learning some of the basic techniques, developing their coordination and balance, and building confidence through this exciting martial art. The children showed fantastic focus, respect and determination throughout the session, giving everything a go and having lots of fun along the way.

A huge thank you to our instructors for delivering such an engaging experience. We loved seeing the children trying something new and discovering another way to keep active! 👏
