The only person we need permission from is ourselves. It’s true but it’s a scary thought, usually because we worry about what others will think of us. Here’s the thing….. what others think about us, is none of our business!

So often we give away our power away and we don’t even realise it.

Agreeing to something against our better judgement, staying silent when we should be speaking up, waiting for permission to do something we feel is right for us are all ways of giving our power away.
