👍Sociocracy/Consent: No objections allowed; objections are addressed to improve proposals.
🤝Consensus Organisations: Decision-making involves the entire group.
👍Sociocratic Organisations: Decision-making is distributed and decentralized into smaller groups.
Sociocracy/Consent vs. Voting:
✋Voting (Majority): Majority can outvote the minority.
👍Sociocracy/Consent: Minority objections are addressed until everyone consents.
Integrating objections values minority opinions, avoiding polarisation.
