Got bags of clothes, toys, games or bits at home that you keep meaning to sell?

Snap It. List It. Sell It. is a relaxed, friendly session to help you get started with selling on Vinted. Bring your phone and a few things you might like to sell, and we’ll help you step by step.

We’ll look at taking photos, writing simple listings, pricing your items, understanding postage and staying safe online.

It could be a great little hobby as the nights start drawing in, and a good way to make a bit of extra cash from things you already have at home.

We’ve got a small group booked so far, which means there’ll be plenty of support, but we’d love a few more people to join us.

Digital skills in action at Beanstalk 💙

We loved these photos from yesterday’s online reselling course, which everyone is now calling the Vinted course.

It was also a lovely chance to introduce two of Team Beanstalk.

Meet Ummehani, our newly appointed Digital Skills Champion. Ummehani is leading on digital skills across Beanstalk and has been the brains behind our new Digital Skills Policy. The whole team is learning so much from her, and it was lovely to see the patience and support she gave throughout the session.

And meet James, our newest Project Support Assistant. James was supporting learners with researching and pricing vintage games, which links perfectly with one of his own interests: gaming.

This is what we love about practical digital skills. It is not just about learning how to use an app or sell online. It is about building confidence, asking questions and using digital skills in real life.

We’re growing our Board!

Beanstalk has come a long way over the last five years, and as we continue to grow, we want to bring some new people around the table too.

For us, this isn’t just about finding people with the right experience on paper. We want people who really connect with what Beanstalk is about, who will bring their own ideas and perspectives, ask questions and help us think about what comes next.

You don’t need to have been on a Board before either.

If you’ve followed Beanstalk for a while, worked alongside us, or you’ve simply seen what we do and thought “I’d quite like to be part of that”, have a read of our Board opportunity.

We’re bringing the Vinted course to St Bernard's. After lots of requests for evening sessions, we’re pleased to be running our next free Vinted course at ST BERNARD'S COMMUNITY HUB - Larches & Savick 6-8pm on 4th, 11th and 18th September.

It’s a relaxed, friendly course for anyone who wants help getting started with selling on Vinted, building confidence online and learning some simple practical skills along the way.

We have our photo booth, props and mannequins to help people take better photos of their items and make their listings stand out.

There’s an optional first session for anyone who needs help setting up their Vinted account, then the main session, followed by an optional supported follow-up to keep practising.

Most of our last group have now made sales on Vinted, with two people selling before the session had even finished.
