💬 What I wish parents knew about toddlers learning…
We sat down with our Junior Deputy Manager, Alicia, for a quick Q&A and asked her what she wishes every parent knew about how toddlers learn. 🌱
One of her biggest messages? The simple, everyday moments matter more than you might think.
🍽️ Mealtimes are learning opportunities. Sitting together, chatting about the day, naming foods, asking questions and giving your toddler time to respond can do so much for their communication and language development.
📵 Reducing screen time creates more space for interaction. Toddlers learn through real conversations, play, eye contact, repetition and simply spending time with the people around them.
You don’t always need elaborate activities to support your child’s development. Talking, listening, playing and being present are some of the most powerful learning experiences we can give them. 💛
Small everyday interactions can make a BIG difference.
