At first we started to focus on building new muscle mass while learning the correct lifting technique and form.

Reverse diet the first few weeks

Then slowly lowering down calories adding a bit of cardio to create a calorie deficit while still focusing on lifting heavy weights.
Building on small realistic habits which are sustainable is the key ๐ Slow and steady fat loss always wins!

My lovely ladies,
Due to my knee injury and very slow healing process FitBounce will return back from next Sunday 17th April
Classes will be running only Sundays until I recover fully. There will be some changes in the structure of the class (Additional ABS, Dumbbells and lower body exercises)
Looking forward seeing you all again ๐

Rest is Equally As Important As Working Hard โ๏ธAnd no I donโt mean bedtime.

Since I remember I have been working very hard to be the best in what I do. In college, business and also in training ๐ช๐ผ
I am someone who has perfected the art of pushing myself to my limits, and even sometimes breaking points. Mentally and physically.
I was ignoring when my body was telling me to slow down ๐ฌ For me even a small achievement was never good enough and I always wanted more and moreโฆ
Now after my knee injury I am in the process of how to restrain myself, hold back, and remember that recharging, switching off, and resting is equally as important.
This is so important, especially for those who are self- employed/ freelancing/ running your own business or training more than 4-5 times a week.
REST IS ALSO PRODUCTIVE!
